Autoimmune Disease Symptoms

Let's bring in some technical help.

This is what Wikipedia has to say:
  • "Autoimmune diseases arise from an overactive immune response of the body against substances and tissues normally present in the body. In other words, the body actually attacks its own cells. The immune system mistakes some part of the body as a pathogen and attacks it."

The bottom-line I want to bring to your attention is: Too much Uric Acid in your system causes swelling and inflammation . . . or . . . your body has a protective response/reaction against a normal and natural substance it creates itself!

What's up with that? As I've said before, I'm not good with the medical mumbo-jumbo but I've had a life altering experience with high intake of antioxidants in regard to my Gout.

Here's a little more information from Wikipedia for you to consider:
  • "Rheumatism is a non-specific term used to describe any painful disorder affecting the loco-motor system including joints, muscles, connective tissues, soft tissues around the joints and bones. The term rheumatism is also used to describe rheumatic fever affecting heart valves. However, the medical profession uses specific terms to describe rheumatological disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout and systemic lupus erythematosus and so on in the medical literature."

My goal is to have you look at your gout from a different perspective and inspire you to consider high doses of antioxidants so you can steer clear of the gout zone. Gout clearly shows autoimmune disease symptoms and I hope I've given you some good ideas of how you can stay in control the same way I have.

One more time: If you have gout you're probably at risk for other serious diseases and complications. Luckily Antioxidants work for all of those too.
