Gout and Diabetes

What is it?

Poor Circulation.

The connection of Gout and Diabetes has been the subject of a great deal of diabetes research over the years.

Adult Onset Diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes has some very well-known risk factors like age, family history, lack of exercise, and being over-weight.

How that relates to Gout all sort of points right back at what's going on with your blood and blood vessels and blood flow; if you're blood is not flowing well, the Uric Acid builds up and can't get moved out; i.e. - Gout Attack.

But what I really want to paint a clear picture of is, all the same poor lifestyle choices, genetics, environmental circumstances, all seem to promote the same old thing; Gout, Heart Disease, Diabetes.

In this overview of Diabetes from Mayo Clinic.com, they run down the list of related complications:
  • heart and blood vessel disease
  • nerve damage (neuropathy)
  • kidney damage (nephropathy)
  • eye damage
  • foot damage
  • skin and mouth conditions
  • Osteoporosis
  • Alzheimer's disease
  • hearing problems
Almost all of them say something about damaged blood vessels, poor blood flow, or build-up and clotting.

So it gets to be a Chicken and The Egg kind of thing; Gout, and Heart Disease and Diabetes . . . or . . . Heart Disease and Diabetes, and Gout?

What do you think?

No matter, the real question is; What The Hell Are You Going To Do?

Here's Your Answer: Get Educated!

Hemen Ee, in his brilliant E-book, "How Ionized Alkaline Water Reverses Insulin Resistance" explains how and why Diabetes occurs and why it DOES NOT have to be your reality.

Click Here for a heart-felt and authentic introduction of Insulin Resistance, common misconceptions surrounding it, and the various contributing factors that mislead us into the use of pharmaceutical medications to deal with it. While the use of English Grammar is compromised, the absolute genius and sincerity of Hemen Ee shines through for a genuine and down-to-earth understanding of this disease and what to do about it.
